Specializing in Hypermobility
As a certified personal trainer with HSD, I bring lived experience and real understanding to every session. I know what it means to move in a hypermobile body - and how to train with intention and respect for it.
Offering Personalized Fitness Solutions
Your body and lived experience are unique — your training should be too. Every hypermobility session is thoughtfully adapted to your individual needs. No cookie-cutter programming. Ever.
Leading with Compassion and Strategy
We leave behind the “no pain, no gain” mindset. Instead, we focus on steady, sustainable strength. As your hypermobility coach, I listen, adapt, and support you with care at every stage.
I’ve Been Where You Are
This work was born from my own journey — and built to help others with hEDS, HSD, and hypermobile bodies develop strength, confidence, and the resilience to participate fully in their lives.
I grew up dancing, moving, performing — until one day, I couldn’t. By 17, I was experiencing unexplained sciatica and joint pain that disrupted every part of my life. By 20, I had to walk away from the dance world entirely. Even simple, everyday movements became difficult.
Like so many others with hypermobility, I was told to “just get stronger.” So I did. I earned my personal training certification from the National Council of Strength and Fitness and spent years studying everything from yoga to weightlifting to Pilates. I built strength. I deepened my knowledge.
It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder in 2020 that the full picture began to make sense.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others with hypermobility find joy in movement again – not through force or generic fitness protocols, but through strategy, education, and true support. I’ve worked with dozens of hypermobile clients of all ages and abilities, helping build their confidence in fitness and overall strength.
In 2022, I created Fitness Foundations for Hypermobility, a first-of-its-kind Teacher Training Intensive, to give instructors structured and accessible techniques on training individuals with hypermobility.
My approach is never one-size-fits-all. It’s grounded in listening, adapting, and honoring what each person’s body is capable of today — with an eye toward where they want to go. My clients aren’t just surviving movement anymore. They’re enjoying movement!
If you’ve struggled to find fitness that works with your body instead of against it, you’re not alone — and you’re not doing anything wrong. You just haven’t had the right support yet. I’m here to change that.
