Strength Training for individuals with Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder.
What I Offer
Virtual Personal Training
These sessions are built around your body, your goals, and where you are in your fitness journey – whether you’re just getting started or have years of experience under your belt.
We’ll slow things down when we need to, build strength and control with intention, and progress at a pace that makes sense for you. The goal is to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in the way you move.
Membership

Supportive Exercise for Hypermobile Bodies
Welcome!
I created Hypermobile Friendly Workouts to give hypermobile people a different way to approach fitness – one with a little more intention, a little less rushing, and plenty of room to slow things down, build strength, and figure out what works for your body.
02
Movement That Supports Real Life in a Bendy Body
With more than a decade of experience in fitness and years spent working with hypermobile clients, I take a thoughtful, individualized approach to personal training.
Our sessions focus on developing strength, stability, and movement skills you can build on over time. We’ll work toward your fitness goals while creating a training structure that feels practical, challenging, and sustainable for you.
03
Training Adapted for Hypermobile Bodies
One-on-one training gives us the time and space to focus on the details—your goals, your movement, and the kind of training you want to build.
Each private session is tailored to you, with an emphasis on building strength, developing your skills, and making meaningful progress over time. I keep my private training schedule intentionally small so I can give each client the attention and consistency this kind of work deserves.
Let’s Get Started
Good training starts with understanding where you are and where you want to go. We’ll talk through your fitness history, goals, and what’s been working (or not working) for you, then build a training approach that helps you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in movement.
Availability is limited and intentionally so.
FAQs
What makes private training different from standard fitness programs?
This isn’t a generic workout with a few hypermobility-friendly modifications. I take a different approach to training from the start - prioritizing strength, control, and stability while paying attention to how your body responds to movement. The goal is to build strength in a way that works with your hypermobility, rather than asking you to fit into a one-size-fits-all approach.
I have HSD — can I still benefit from these workouts?
Yes. Whether you have a formal diagnosis of hEDS or live with hypermobility, these training sessions and online courses are created to meet your body where it is. The goal is to help you move with confidence, build strength, and help you reach your movement goals.
Is this Physical Therapy?
No. Hypermobile Friendly Workouts provides specialized strength training for individuals with hypermobility. All services are fitness-based and educational in nature. We are not a medical or physical therapy practice, and we do not diagnose or treat injuries or medical conditions. Clients are encouraged to consult their healthcare providers before beginning any new exercise program.
What is included in a 1:1 virtual personal training session?
Every session is built around you. We’ll start by talking through your training background, movement history, and fitness goals. Over our first six weeks together, we’ll build a personalized training structure - finding the exercises, strategies, and progressions that work best for you and creating a foundation you can continue to build on at home.
Are there online options if I cannot commit to personal training?
Yes! I'm excited to announce the launch of The Bendy Babe Training Club - a self-guided, online membership program for bendy babes looking for online exercise and fitness resources.
