Supportive Strength Training for Hypermobility, hEDS & HSD
Welcome!
I created Hypermobile Friendly Workouts to support people with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD), and generalized hypermobility — because this community deserves training that truly understands their bodies.
02
Movement That Supports Real Life With hEDS and HSD
As a Personal Trainer with hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD) and over seven years of experience working with hypermobile clients, my training philosophy centers on meeting you where you are – and building you up from there.
Through a blend of low-impact functional strength, stability training, and somatic work, we focus on helping you reach your goals in a supportive, guided environment. For some, that means learning the skills to move with greater ease and confidence in a bendy body. For others, it means gradually returning to activities that matter most.
03
A Safer, Smarter Approach to Training With hEDS and HSD
My approach to hypermobile training is both highly specialized and deeply personal – and that is by design. If traditional fitness programs have left you feeling dismissed, unsafe, or misunderstood, know that this space is different.
Through carefully tailored hypermobile exercises and one-on-one workouts, I want to help you build strength with confidence. To maintain the quality and individual attention each person deserves, I only offer a limited number of private sessions each week.

I Get It — Because I Live It
As a personal trainer who lives with HSD, I know what it is like to live in a hypermobile body. I have helped clients navigate movement with a hypermobile body while building their strength and confidence. I already understand it, and I am here to support your journey.
Let’s Get Started
If you’ve struggled to find a trainer who understands hypermobility, you’re not alone — and you’re in the right place.
I bring experience, strategy, and respect to every session — but I also take the time to listen. Your history, your goals — all of it matters here. We’ll start with a thorough consultation so I can fully understand your experience and create a plan that’s right for you.
If you’re ready to work with a fitness specialist who takes your diagnosis seriously, I invite you to book a consultation.
Availability is limited — and intentionally so.
FAQs
What makes these workouts different from standard fitness programs?
These are not generic workouts with a few modifications. Every session is designed for people with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD), or generalized hypermobility. The focus is on building strength and improving joint stability using exercises that make sense for hypermobile bodies.
I have HSD — can I still benefit from these workouts?
Yes. Whether you have a formal diagnosis of hEDS or live with hypermobility, these training sessions and online courses are created to meet your body where it is. The goal is to help you move with confidence, build strength, and increase function in daily life.
Is this Physical Therapy?
No. Hypermobile Friendly Workouts provides specialized strength training for individuals with hypermobility. All services are fitness-based and educational in nature. We are not a medical or physical therapy practice, and we do not diagnose or treat injuries or medical conditions. Clients are encouraged to consult their healthcare providers before beginning any new exercise program.
What is included in a 1:1 virtual personal training session?
Each session is fully personalized. We will begin with a consultation to understand your training background, movement history and goals. From there, I will design a custom hypermobile workout plan that includes safe strength-building exercises, progress tracking, and consistent support — all from the comfort of your home.
Are there online options if I cannot commit to personal training?
Absolutely. I will offer online courses and programs created specifically for people with hypermobility and hEDS. These are short, self-paced, and focused on building functional strength, supporting more confident movement, and developing body awareness — all on your schedule.
How do I know if this type of training is right for me?
If you’ve felt overlooked or unsafe in traditional fitness spaces, this approach may be exactly what you need. With over six years of experience working with hypermobile clients — and living with HSD myself — I understand the nuances of training a hypermobile body. You will never have to justify your limitations. You will be met with understanding, strategy, and care.
